The BBC Bitesize link below, will take you to a webpage that has links for all areas of the National Curriculum, including reading, maths, science, geography, and many more! I am sure you will find something that you want to explore and learn about!

Writing

Pobble 365 can be used to provide a stimulus for your child's writing. We use this in school for our Quickwrite sessions where the children have approximately 15-20 minutes to write in response to an image. Just click the link below...

Click the Poetry4Kids link below for a wide range of poems to share with your child and then they may even be able to come up with some of their own!

Reading

Your child's login for Accelerated Reader is the same as their school login (which they should know). They can take quizzes on any book they read whilst at home during this challenging time. The link directly below will take them to the website.

The Oxford Owl link directly below takes you to the Oxford Owl website where there is a collection of free eBooks. You need to create a login for this but this is completely free! Your child can read an eBook and then complete the linked activities for these.

Active Learn gives you access to a range of different resources including reading books with linked comprehension activities - a great alternative to Accelerated Reader if your child wants a bit of a change! You do need to create a login but this is free!

Spelling

The Topmarks link below takes you to the spelling area of the website, where your child can practise their spellings. There are also a range of good maths games on this website, which your child may want to explore!
